Terms of Use

1. The service

Upvizio helps users prepare and generate AI-assisted marketing videos from images and instructions. The service is currently an early release and will continue to evolve.

2. Account security

You must provide a valid email address and protect access to your Google account or inbox. You are responsible for activity performed through your session and should report suspicious access promptly.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in submitted images and prompts. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store and process them and deliver the requested video. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions.

4. Prohibited use

• Illegal, deceptive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or harmful content;
• identity impersonation or manipulated content presented deceptively;
• content that violates copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights;
• malicious files or attempts to bypass security and service limits.

5. Subscriptions, credits and generations

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or annually. Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance, including on annual plans. Unused credits may carry over for one additional monthly period, so the balance is capped at twice the plan’s monthly allowance.

Saving a project uses no credits. Before production, Upvizio displays the required credits and asks for confirmation. A technical generation failure is refunded automatically. A voluntary retry or new variation uses new credits. AI output can vary between attempts and must be reviewed before publication. You can manage renewal, payment methods and cancellation in the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect under the billing terms shown there.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External providers may delay or fail a generation. Features, limits, models and prices may change.

7. Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, unpaid future charges or breach of these terms. Account deletion requests can be sent to amomochoungo@gmail.com.

8. Responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing and commercially using generated content. To the extent permitted by law, Upvizio is not liable for indirect losses or content submitted without the required rights.
