Privacy Policy
Upvizio is built around private workspaces. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Controller and contact
Upvizio is responsible for the processing described here. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact amomochoungo@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Account: email address and, when you use Google, the name and profile image Google may provide.
- Content: uploaded images, prompts, business category, generation settings and generated videos.
- Technical data: session identifiers, security logs, errors and operational information.
3. Google sign-in
Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you and associate your account with your email address. Upvizio never receives your Google password and does not access Gmail, contacts or Google Drive files.
4. Why we use your data
We process data to secure your account, save projects, provide requested generations, prevent abuse and support the service. The legal basis is performance of the service, our legitimate interest in operating it securely and, where required, your consent.
5. Service providers
We use providers necessary to operate Upvizio:
- Supabase for authentication, database and private storage;
- Vercel for hosting and technical logs;
- Google when you choose Google sign-in;
- Stripe for subscriptions, payments and billing management;
- fal.ai and Higgsfield to process media after you confirm a generation.
We do not sell or rent your data. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Upvizio.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained while your account and projects remain active, then deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary, subject to legal and security requirements. Access controls, secure sessions and private storage reduce unauthorized access, although no system can guarantee zero risk.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also withdraw consent and contact your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
This policy may change as the service or applicable law evolves. We will update the date above and provide appropriate notice for material changes.
